Your role
As an experienced Estimator / Project Manager in commercial and industrial construction, you will play a key role in the planning, management, and accuracy of estimates and tenders. As a true strategic partner, you will guide your colleagues and management by ensuring fair, competitive bids that meet our clients' needs.
Your Main Responsibilities
Manage and validate estimates, calls for tenders, and schedules, ensuring their accuracy.
Maintain and enrich the cost and comparables database.
Advise project managers on the best cost/quality solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers.
Review plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and associated costs.
Identify market trends and establish strategies to ensure competitiveness.
Analyze design options, risks, and financial risks.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and IT systems related to estimating.
Foster a collaborative and success-oriented work environment.
Desired Profile
Solid experience in estimating in the commercial and industrial construction sector.
Proficiency in estimating and bidding software.
Excellent understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
Leadership, rigor, attention to detail, and team spirit.
Proven experience in team management and supervision.
