Building Mechanical Engineer

You perform and coordinate studies and analyses of projects related to ventilation, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigeration of the City’s buildings. Additionally, in the context of certain work, you are responsible for sealing plans and specifications in accordance with the provisions, laws, and regulations of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

You collaborate in the implementation and execution of work carried out by contract, management, and in-house. To this end, you coordinate and ensure the technical and administrative link between the project owner and the Service management. You provide applicants with all relevant information regarding your area of expertise.

• Education acquired through a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;
• Possess six (6) years of experience in asset maintenance projects;
• Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
• Possess an ASP card;
• Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.
