Architectural Designer – Senior (5 years and more)

We are looking for a senior architectural designer to strengthen the technical team. Your expertise will serve to produce and supervise the preparation of plans and specifications, support estimation, and directly contribute to the success of architectural projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Produce and supervise the creation of detailed plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD.
  

• Participate in technical coordination between architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  

• Analyze plans and specifications, ensure compliance, and suggest technical adjustments.
  

• Evaluate material quantities and collaborate in the bidding and estimation process.
  

• Support the search for innovative and cost-effective construction solutions.
  

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates and drawing standards.
  

Desired Profile

• 5 years or more of relevant experience in architectural drawing and design.
  

• AEC or DEC in industrial design – construction profile.
  

• Advanced mastery of AutoCAD.
  

• Excellent understanding of standards, building codes, and technical specifications.
  

• Great rigor, autonomy, and sense of priorities.
  

• Communication skills and technical leadership with teams or junior colleagues.
