Electromechanical Technician - Industrial Maintenance - Service Technician
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Travel required to various clients (industrial sector)

About Us
We are a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing company specializing in the maintenance, repair, and inspection of industrial lifting equipment (overhead cranes, hoists, winches, etc.). Our mission: to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of lifting systems for our clients throughout the province/region.
What You Will Do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes and lifting systems at various industrial clients

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or drive system malfunctions and propose repair solutions

Install, upgrade, or refurbish components (motors, brakes, cables, rails, hoists, etc.)

Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards

Write service reports, document work performed, and recommend actions improvement

Collaborate with the technical team and customer service to schedule visits and prioritize emergencies

Ensure that interventions comply with quality and safety standards
Desired Profile
-
Training in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or equivalent
- You must have some electrical knowledge, such as troubleshooting contactors, variable speed drives, etc.
Prior experience in the maintenance of lifting equipment, overhead cranes, or hoists (an asset)
Mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
Ability to travel frequently to respond to customer calls clients
Autonomy, initiative, and rigor in work
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Valid driver's license
