You are responsible for the planning, organization, and control of operations related to snow removal, maintenance of the road network, public utilities, and parks. You guide, mobilize, and develop a team of managers responsible for these activities. You perform cost control and monitoring related to these activities and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and collective agreements. Additionally, you ensure that your supervisory staff ensures the application of health and safety rules and procedures at work and takes necessary preventive measures.
Results-oriented and demonstrating excellent adaptability, you distinguish yourself by your customer approach. You ensure effective and efficient planning of operations. Your mobilization skills and leadership enable you to lead your team towards achieving results while maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with all stakeholders.
