About the position

Our client is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Technician to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a keen interest in mechanical design and integration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of mechanical components

• Create plans and technical drawings

• Ensure that designs comply with applicable standards (CSA, ASME, etc.).

• Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, or commissioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design

• Knowledge of manufacturing standards and mechanical processes

• Ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed technical drawings.

• Teamwork skills, autonomy, and organizational skills.

• Asset: Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment...

• Bilingualism (US AND EUROPE project) Spanish is a major plus.
